#185(a) CUT, LOCAL ONLY, not pushed: branch ci/185a-census-test-attribution @c5d7415d (base 447fc9eb; I'll rebase onto c39fa636 at push time, docs-only in between). Half (a) applied cleanly from afa5af35 (main hasn't touched reap-census since #185's base). Mints REQ-CI-CENSUS-TEST-ATTRIBUTION [impl, unit], tags placed on nextest_test_of, attribution_control, the golden step and the selftest block; treqs 0, and it reads [OK] +impl +unit. Selftest on kitsubito (scripts only, no cargo): 48 ok, rc 0. MUTATION CONTROL: nextest_test_of's extractor replaced by `true` -> FAILs exactly "nextest identity is read from the descendant..." with got <not-nextest-or-unreadable>; restored -> rc 0.
NOT YET PROVEN: `reap-census.sh attribution-control` itself, which drives a real `spt daemon run` and needs a built spt on Linux (a cargo leg). Its premise (daemon starts under an invalid node.key seed, brain.ready carries "pid") is still used by 3 e2es on main, but I haven't run it.
TWO ASKS: (1) a kitsubito window for `cargo build -p spt` plus one attribution-control run, in a fresh .worktrees rig with its own pool claim.
