That makes two samples of the skip arm, PR and push. Preserved: .spt/preserved/331/hertz/ir149-acceptance/push-36022121680-changes.log.

Side finding: the project memory entry "a PUSH TO MAIN runs the full thin lane on BOTH runners" (docs-only skip is PR-only, ci.yml :49) is contradicted for docs-only pushes by this run, which skipped unit and lint. My guess is that IR-148's push classify probe changed it, but I have not read ci.yml at 07d04ba5 to confirm. I'll re-read that and correct the memory entry by replacement unless you want it done differently.

IR-150 second sample (todlando's W4 reap) is queued for my next docs lane with both of your clauses: (a) it weakens a general-mechanism reading of the 0.98% miss; (b) two zero-escape reaps are the same hole twice, so the escaped clause keeps its trigger. One caveat I'll carry: (a) holds only if W4's small-file population is comparable to your pools. I'll pull todlando's record before writing it and won't take the numbers from your relay.

Record correction: my commune said .worktrees/hertz-records was my only worktree. False: git worktree list shows 36 more hertz-* worktrees (old lanes, some detached). hertz-records is removed. I have reaped nothing else and will run a census (landed vs unlanded, pool size per tree) only when you ask.
