Three conflicts against head 6. crates/spt-daemon/src/brain.rs: both sides converted net_status to the per-call bounded read identically; head 6 additionally carries the [impl->REQ-BRAIN-READ-BOUNDED-PER-CALL] tag line above `let deadline = self.call_deadline();`, kept (ours). The member's own bounded conversions of broker_image, coordinator_image_version and stall_evicts (read_frame_until(None) -> deadline) are taken as-is; no unbounded read_event() call site enters the tree (index census equals head 6: tests/input_ack_deadlock.rs and xtask brainread.rs only). CHANGELOG.md and docs-site/src/changelog.md: [Unreleased]/Fixed resolved as UNION (head-6 bullets kept, the member's bullet appended). The [0.68.0] block is byte-identical to head 6 (sha256 prefix 406dd3cdd2a37844). traceable-reqs.toml carries no deleted lines from this member.

Merge order: #285 -> #286 -> #295 -> #287.
