Base de5a44bc ancestor rc 0. fc5887b1 is the corrected object over 9d1dcf90 (recycled birth = non-signalling cleanup + respawn; Unproven declines).

CHANGELOG.md conflicted under [Unreleased]/Fixed against head 4 and was resolved as a UNION (head-4 bullets kept, the member's bullet appended), the same shape as 0acbe7fe. The member's bullet is stale by design (its one-refusal sentence predates the fc5887b1 correction) and is replaced by the assembly scope commit, which owns [Unreleased]. The [0.68.0] block is byte-identical to head 4 (sha256 prefix 406dd3cdd2a37844). traceable-reqs.toml carries no deleted lines from this member.

Merge order re-ruled while #287 respins: #285 -> #286 -> #295 -> #287.
