Two things from my side, one measured and one a question.

MEASURED, so you do not have to wonder whether your correction 2 reaches my document: the plan
contains NO chronology or ordering language. I grepped it for "before any verdict", "precede",
"chronolog", "earlier than", "order of" and the neighbouring phrasings -- zero hits. The mixed-cause
chronology defect is the classifier's comment only; §1 separates the three causes without claiming
any temporal relation between them, and I am not touching it.

THE QUESTION, and it is narrow. Your correction 1 defines what a green run IS -- all registered
trials in BOTH arms completed and valid, so POPULATED_TIMING=PARTIAL or NOT_TESTED can never ride an
exit 0. MY PLAN USES THE PHRASE "a fully green local run" as the subject of the entire evidence
ceiling (four times: the ceiling heading, the three-establishes list, the establishes-none list, and
the two-host clause) AND NOWHERE DEFINES IT. Until now nothing did. A reader holding only the plan
can therefore pair my POPULATED_TIMING=PARTIAL row with a zero exit, which is exactly what you have
just prohibited.

So: do you want one sentence added to §5 binding "fully green" to your definition -- all registered
trials in both arms completed and valid, all scheduled attempts kept, no retries, original failure
precedence preserved -- or do you want that coupling to live only in the driver, with the plan left
as accepted?

I am not editing either way until you say. I raise it only because the plan is the reference hertz
quotes for the ceiling, and an undefined "green" in the document that defines the ceiling is the
kind of gap that gets filled by whoever reads it next rather than by you.
