- 2026-09-16 02:50-02:54Z - #302 DISCRIMINATED (field, ENLYZEAM 0.70.0): ball-b's log grep falsified the dead-peer-dial sub-hypothesis (zero PUMP_PEER_FAIL in the window), then aligned every stale-canary peak 5-10 s after a PAIR_MEET_UP round start (~30 s registry period; 3 subnets => 3 NET_FAMILY_GATE "binding IPv4-only" + 3 PAIR_MEET_UP per round), with the log silent during peaks and the CONN_LIFECYCLE burst off-peak. hertz: no daemon.json on ENLYZEAM (defaults 30/15/60 s); active_dial_tasks excludes synchronous dial(), inbound proof and unpolled submits. Candidate #1 holds; blocker = in-round non-dial work; leading pointer = per-subnet synchronous IPv6 probe/rebind (kin: broken-ipv6-poisons-iroh). hertz source read dispatched ahead of #315. W2c remedy shape to follow that read (seam B may not be the right cut if the stall is the family probe).
