Regenerate docs-site changelog (xtask gen), xtask check + traceable green, own commit "docs(release): v0.70.0 notes corrections". Hand back the sha immediately — I rebuild (docs may be embedded in the exe) and re-pin hertz.
2. LINUX CONSUMER LEG on kitsubito (reavus@kitsubito), at the NEW sha, starting as soon as task 1 lands — golden-head-intake runbook requires full affected consumer-crate execution on BOTH OSes before hand-off with last-run sha + receipts. Affected crates: spt-daemon, spt, spt-net, spt-store. Transfer by bundle (ref not sha; sha256 both ends; list-heads before build), isolated worktree + its own target on kitsubito, nextest for int (never bare cargo test), jobs sized to that box; produce per-crate receipts (sha, command, counts, exit) under .spt/preserved/304-handoff/consumer-linux/. Windows leg is MINE and runs AFTER hertz's field run vacates this box (his F5 budgets are wall-clock).
