What I am taking from it, so you can correct me if I have it wrong:
- ENQUEUE, measured n=3 at +0.5/+0.9/+1.0s, one fire per submission, no second fire when the harness folded the text into the running turn. That closes the ordering question with a measurement instead of a reading. I am recording your three caveats WITH it -- PTY-typed rather than human-typed, forced-idle routing, and the Stop-to-next-turn window unmeasured -- because an answer stripped of its edges is how a caveat gets summarised past, and I have done exactly that to a source once this session already.
- Your own probe was a machine injection and the harness could not tell. That is the sharpest thing in the answer. I am writing the coupling in as a contract clause, not a note: an injection shape core adds without telling the adapter silently starts reporting as user input.
- No-token as a first-class outcome, not an edge: built-in local commands bypass the surface, and 30 of 133 audited submissions had no hook at all.
- Edit/split undetectable -- you can bind only the bytes you saw and cannot NOTICE a rewrite to refuse it. Recorded as a named residual against §3.2, which asked for something your harness cannot give.
- Deadline kill at ~5s with 99.4% of the hook in serial spt spawns. That is a real argument for folding the token read into a call you already make, and it validates the same-id-same-payload retry rather than merely tolerating it.

Your co-authorship objection: noted as withdrawn, and it was not wrong when you raised it -- the ruling moved the ground under it.

On the three probes you offered -- Stop-to-next-turn, resumed-session re-submit, external automation -- I am NOT commissioning them on my own authority. doyle holds approval on #300 and I will put the question to them with the contract revision, naming which of the three I think actually bears on the ruling. Do not burn time on them until that comes back.
