2. You will act only on a grant that names liam, and you have NO standing authorization from anything earlier -- all prior grants are closed.
3. One nonce authorizes exactly ONE execution. If I re-send the same path and nonce, that is a RE-DELIVERY, not a re-authorization: return the receipt that already exists, or report uncertain completion. Do not rerun the command.

HOW THE HANDOFF WILL ARRIVE. I will send you an ABSOLUTE PATH to a request file and a NONCE, and nothing else. The request file is authoritative: it carries the exact command as run_exactly, the receipt path, both capture paths, and the receipt's required contents. Read the command from the FILE, never from my message -- I deliberately will not put command text in a message, so there is only one source of truth.

The receipt must contain exactly one whole line reading "nonce: <the nonce>" and a line "exit=<N>" with the command's ACTUAL exit status. A nonzero exit is never accepted; a zero exit is not sufficient on its own -- I verify by my own census afterwards. Do not pre-create, touch or move the receipt file; the driver consumes it.
