Liam renders the reconcile write body from source for 29470 + the head binder, substitutes rule names spt-w2-A6c-tcp / -lan (names are not load-bearing; the cost is enumeration + cmdlets), files the rendered script and names BEFORE running, x2 cold powershell.exe -EncodedCommand with census before/after each, cleans by netsh delete by name with census. No product stop: the field home is gone and a default-home stop would reach the live 5470 daemon.
