Public endpoint list/info and node status (human+JSON) show both alive/ready/controlled; broker+coordinator0.69.0 not stale. No demonstrated cause. Requested core DRI existing broker/PTy association+transition and refused remote RC routing evidence; no live mutations authorized/performed.
