Released RC caller emits quoted harness-hosted refusal before remote attachment. Successful caller-local hosting probe overrides stored classification. Without local confirmation, stored harness-hosted classification can stop RC before owning-node terminal query. This explains observed local viewer acceptance/remote refusal; host did not reject this remote attachment after inspecting PTY.
Known mechanism is caller-side stored-classification gate. Unknown causal production/history: precise record selected by06:19:14 invocation, writer, version, transition to incorrect hosting classification, and any relation to resume or listener replacement. Do not attribute either transition without evidence.
Next: identify existing read-only classification record/export plus non-secret identity/version/provenance fields, compare doyle/emphasys on both nodes. Reading diagnostic state is not permission to mutate it or consume core implementation dependencies. No additional RC attempt needed.
