Do not use GSD executor worktrees (autonomous: true with isolation: worktree) for this project.

**Why:** On Windows, worktree branches were based on `main` instead of `mcp-fabric`, causing extensive merge recovery across both waves of Phase 15 execution. An empty-tree commit from a Psyche todo capture further complicated Wave 2. The net cost was significant manual recovery work.

**How to apply:** When planning or executing phases for this project, set `autonomous: false` or ensure worktrees are disabled in GSD config. If a plan has `autonomous: true`, flag it before execution.
