Golden head **e09c96b** = main @dd1653e + merge chain + v0.48.0 bump-in-PR (counter 83), pushed as `assembly/wan-truth` (non-triggering), HANDED TO DEPLOYAH 2026-07-31 with full intake manifest (scope note: #43 Linux repair half relocated to #54). Lane PRs #136–139; a2's #133 stuck open — deployah to close manually.

INTAKE PASSED; golden run 30618050586 at **0f90431** = e09c96b + deployah's release-notes-standard CHANGELOG commit (RouteLeg bullet collapsed to Internal — no CLI render exists; admin-rotation-incomplete bullet removed — notice pre-existed on main, #48 only re-plumbed handles; both doyle-confirmed). On green: **ff main to 0f90431** (mine unless deployah takes it), then COMMIT the queued working-tree edits: **CONTEXT.md knock-grill entries (knock grant authority split / sender attributability / ENDPOINTS_CAN_GRANT_NODES / origin qualifier) sit UNCOMMITTED in the main checkout** — committing before the ff would strand it. Red → RCA-first triage, mine.

Merge-conflict resolutions inside the chain (if triage lands there): pump/registry.rs resolved to #48's explicit-handles test shape (with_home wrap dropped — threading removed the ambient writes; test's own assertions prove it); traceable-reqs.toml both-sides tail append kept both; lib.rs both mods.

**PUBLISHED 2026-07-31T10:16:13Z — v0.48.0, counter 83, at the tested sha 0f90431** (deployah). isDraft=false, 11 assets, `/releases/latest` resolves to v0.48.0, update-set v83 signed `rel-primary-2026` (channel stable, all three platforms, 128-hex sig). Counter **re-decoded from v0.47.0's published metadata (82) at signing**, not incremented from the hand-off. Thin main ci 30621774087 GREEN this cut ⇒ **no thin-vs-golden contradiction to rule on** (contrast v0.47.0, where that split became the stop-and-refer precedent). **OWNERSHIP RULED 2026-07-31 (doyle) — the CONTEXT.md knock rulings are NOT todlando's to commit.** Doyle authored the five entries as the grill's scribe and pushes them himself as a **direct docs commit to main** (Phase-E-rulings precedent — grill ratifications need no PR lane). Two extra reasons to keep hands off: (a) the **grill is STILL OPEN** — Q3 (mutual whitelisting) + the final gotcha sweep are pending with the operator, so more CONTEXT.md edits are coming and committing now ships a partial ruling set; (b) deployah independently flagged the two-agents-one-payload collision (todlando had planned a thin-lane docs PR) — settled the same way. Doyle fires **once**, after publish confirms AND the grill closes. todlando's role is the patch backup only: `scratchpad/knock-rulings-CONTEXT.patch`, since `origin/main` has **zero** copies of the +20 lines.

**PUBLISHED 2026-07-31T10:16Z:** v0.48.0 counter 83 @0f90431 verified (Latest + signed update-set v83, thin main green — no contradiction). Association done per [[release-roundup-ordering]]: draft-toggle republish moved publishedAt to 12:35:31Z past the 10:18Z closes, then alchemy `release v0.48.0` promoted **#50/#40/#41/#43/#48 → DONE** + Discord Shipped Requests roundup posted. DONE precedes flynn's field verify (v0.47.0 precedent, operator-sanctioned) — field verify is now post-hoc confirmation, still owed.
