**Tagged sha `32a8bad` != tested sha `fa6e597`** — legitimate ONLY under
[[golden-respin-test]] (releases#105, which this milestone shipped): the delta was one
commit, `CHANGELOG.md` only, 0 `.rs`, +3/−1, verified BY DIFF. Golden evidence is run
`30759666967` on `fa6e597`, nine by name. State that basis in the record or the tag
reads as untested.

**Six assembly heads, five uncancelled reds** — `8688e19` (failed my parity gate,
releases#105 absent) → `7a3c08c` → `a0b8d5f` → `2138b16` → `fa6e597` (green). Reds are
the record; cancelling manufactures the releases#107 false-red.

**Why it took six:** the Windows leg red for three different reasons in sequence, and
each earlier failure MASKED the next — heads 1–2 died at step 15, so their clean
step-22 logs proved nothing (see [[serial-legs-share-runner-workdir]]). Order was:
clippy in xtask → a first-sighting flake (#123, still open as NOT-reproduced, never
proven-nondeterministic) → a deterministic in-job daemon leak pinning `spt.exe` against
the relink (#124, still live — the fix that greened it is a pre-relink reap
*tourniquet*, and the leak still recurs 3/3).

**How to apply:**
- Board closes PRECEDE publish: `state <milestone> acceptance` cascades and
  GitHub-closes sub-issues; `release <tag>` then promotes ACCEPTANCE → DONE. The DONE
  promotion lands in BATCHES — re-read the board until all rows move rather than
  reading a partial count as a stall.
- Re-read the board after every cascade instead of trusting the ack.
- Seed: MACHINE-scope hex `SPT_RELEASE_SEED`, never `_CMD` on this box.
