Docs-only cut carrying PR #83 (liam-return harvest closure ledger) + PR #84 (ADR-0049 ResidentService substrate design, REQ-RESIDENT-SERVICE mint, W1 JIT plan). Release PR #85, main @119661a, tag v0.43.1. Counter verified from v0.43.0's signed metadata (77).

Applied on HFENDULEAM via `spt update fetch` + `apply` (bare `spt update apply` said "up to date" — fetch stages first). **Daemon restart deliberately left to the operator** (spt-hosted self-interruption trap): the restart both promotes the daemon to 0.43.1 and frees the corpse process-handles pinning liam's + flynn's dead alchemy shells (the OpenProcess handle-pin RCA), unblocking their relinks and yielding liam's discriminator datum.

CI note: #84's merge-commit run failed once on an unrelated-seam e2e pair (docs-only diff; activity_link_push Linux + daemon_e2e Windows) — one rerun-failed went green; recorded as load class, distinct from the sanctioned autostart flake.

Next release (79): todlando's RESIDENT-SERVICE W1 + the `is_process_alive` handle-pin probe fix + {adapter_dir}/[shell].spawn resolution — notify perri alongside flynn at delivery per [[adapter-dir-delivery-notify-perri]].
