**v0.30.1 PUBLISHED 2026-07-09 — release counter 52, tag @ae82332 (Merge PR #67 commit).** Latest on SaberMage/spt-releases; isDraft=false, isPrerelease=false; update-set.json v52 "0.30.1" all 3 platforms (windows-msvc / linux-gnu / linux-musl); published metadata `version:52 product_version:0.30.1`. Signed key rel-primary-2026 via `xtask release-publish --tag v0.30.1 --key-id rel-primary-2026 --version 52` (SPT_RELEASE_SEED in profile env); verified vs SHA256SUMS pre-sign.

**Ships:** the PUMP-TRUTH W1 fix (@b4862f3, PR#66) — a connect-then-silent peer's update-pull reply-read (`propagate.rs:373-375`) no longer poisons the whole peer-sync round; it's dropped + retried per-peer, so `subnet status` stops showing members-but-empty-nodes / "pump stalled". Patch bump 0.30.0→0.30.1 (pure bugfix). deployah field-arbitrated the root on enlyzeam (dial exonerated → update-leg reply-read); see [[subnet-peer-pump-stall-rca]].

**Release-drive notes (this cut):**
- **Mid-build PC crash survived cleanly.** hfenduleam (this box) = a self-hosted CI runner AND the release-driver box; it crashed while release.yml run 29002964275 was building the Windows binary. On reboot the self-hosted runner RECONNECTED and the queued/in-progress jobs RESUMED to success on their own — musl build had already finished, gnu+windows completed post-reboot, assemble ran, draft created. **No rerun, no re-tag needed** — just re-poll `gh run view <id>` after the box is back; if the runner reconnects the run continues. (A crash ≠ a failed run; check before assuming dead.)
- Counter verified from PUBLISHED v0.30.0 metadata (`"version":51` nested in the escaped `metadata_json` string of a `*.release.json` asset) → 52 next. NOT from memory/psyche.
- Cut in an isolated worktree `.worktrees/rel-0301` off origin/main @b4862f3 (my local main was dirty with the field-diag evidence — did NOT cut from it). Bump = Cargo.toml + `cargo update --workspace` (11 first-party, zero third-party) + CHANGELOG [0.30.1] observable-surface voice. PR#67 → merge-commit @ae82332 → tag → release.yml. Worktree removed after publish.
- Field-diag instrument (`crates/spt-daemon/src/pumpdiag.rs` + call sites in broker/nethost/pump-mod/sync) stays local-uncommitted on the hfenduleam main tree as evidence (env-gated inert). See [[isolated-resident-broker-field-repro]].
