v0.19.0 PUBLISHED 2026-07-01 21:16:11Z. Counter **38** (published v0.18.0=37, monotonic, rollback floor intact). Tag v0.19.0 → merge commit **bac50fc** (PR#41 field-bug-milestone→main; tree byte-identical to CI-validated @a5129cd, bump-in-PR). PR title carried `[twohost]`; 7/7 CI green incl twohost leg (#9/#10 WAN reply + #4 cross-node across both real hosts).

Content = counter-38 [[counter38-field-bug-milestone]]: acute waves W1–W6b + design batch W7 (#4+#12 cross-node), W8 (#6 screen-grid [[bug6-screen-grid-plan]]), W9 (#2-secondary Offline-TTL). All doyle-gated + fold-in merged.

GOTCHA: runner contention — release.yml queued ~15min behind push:[main] backstop ci on SHARED self-hosted runners (hfenduleam+kitsubito also serve live agents). Not a failure; just wait. `gh release view --json isLatest` UNSUPPORTED on this gh; use isDraft/isPrerelease + `gh release list` Latest column. update-set.json is itself a SignedRelease envelope (metadata_json+signature_hex) — probe the per-platform .release.json for the counter, not update-set top-level.

Roles: doyle runs FINAL independent gate-verify → issues published-confirmed; todlando relays operator + kicks perri manifest (min_spt_core→0.19.0). deployah = publisher.

**OUTCOME (doyle final verify PASSED):** pulled spt-releases directly (didn't trust the report) — both .release.json parsed from the `metadata_json` envelope: version=38, product_version=0.19.0, artifact_sha256 BOTH match SHA256SUMS (linux 7aff6be3…, win 3671533d…), signed rel-primary-2026/stable, draft=false/published, monotonic over v0.18.0=37. published-confirmed ISSUED → todlando relaying operator + kicking perri; deployah back to idle/on-call. counter-38 field-bug milestone SHIPPED clean single-pass, doyle session revived mid-flow per operator, perch intact.
