The 2026-08-06 sequestration (live_peers 0/6, all dials quic-connect timeout on all paths) is **RESOLVED and fully filed** — a resumed session must not reopen the RCA.

- **Cause (confirmed by discriminant):** iroh QUIC endpoint wedged across the 08-06 17:33 Ethernet profile flap inside long-lived binder pid 6336. 2026-08-08 11:03 daemon restart on the SAME binary (v0.55.0, mtime 08-05) healed dials within ~5 min; the 11:18 full reboot stayed healthy. Restart alone was the discriminant — the planned ENLYZEAM restart experiment was stood down.

- **Not this incident:** the 2/7 peers unreachable with a multi-day counter predate the incident (long-dark boxes, separate story).
- **Corroboration CLOSED-FILLED (2026-08-17):** hertz delivered both arms — ENLYZEAM recovered spontaneously on its pre-flap binder (pid 24364, StartTime 2026-08-04 17:49:44) with NO Event-2010 profile change in the 08-06 flap window (measured-negative, sibling-evented), refuting a local wedge there; plus an independent capture of HFENDULEAM's pre-restart wedge state (pid 6336, live_peers 0/6, unbound=false). Both cohere with the class trigger: wedge requires a LOCAL NIC/profile bounce; no bounce → no wedge. Filed on #174 comment 5320033507.
