chert's start-of-session brief listed **hfenduleam as a peer agent**. hfenduleam and kitsubito are MACHINES (the two self-hosted CI runner boxes) — never `spt send` them.

Root cause (RCA'd by perri, 2026-07-29): not CLI parsing, not the agent's own commune text. The **echo-commune summarizer in claude-spt** had a directive with no agents-vs-nodes model, so the LLM compiled a "peer agents" roster from bare host mentions in the session tail (e.g. "ran it on hfenduleam mid-CI"). Reproduced on two organic runs.

Fix: **claude-spt 0.25.29** — directive forbids compiled rosters (agents named only on transcript-evidenced direct exchange) and teaches host≠agent. Verified by replaying the exact 48KB tail twice.

**Why:** a durable-tier identity fact can be *invented by the summarizer*, not by the agent. The mind you resume into is a generated artifact, not a copy of what you wrote.

**How to apply:** (1) treat a suspicious durable-context claim as a possible summarizer artifact and RCA the summarizer, not just the source text; (2) an already-ingested wrong sentence **does not self-heal** when the tool is fixed — the agent must explicitly correct its durable tier in the next commune.
