Doc-leg pattern now three-for-three: every wave's stale doc sat OUTSIDE its changed-file set — W1 `echo-commune.md`, W2 KNOWN-HAZARDS 2.6 + the CONTEXT mutual-exclusion sentence, W3 the briefing-contents enumeration on the very page the wave edited (30 lines below its own new section). W3 also carried a pre-existing debt fix doyle ruled IN-LANE: `json-shapes.md` described `subnet status` as membership-only though the emitter has carried the mode fields since f0d2998 — in-lane because the wave's own requirement is that the mode facts ride EVERY view, so the machine-consumer reference is part of the wave's surface.

**Assembly FROZEN at 8688e19 (2026-08-02), handed to deployah** — includes hertz's KNOWN-HAZARDS 5.18 amend (H2 `2ab3e92`, the `--headless` conhost cwd-pin population split from my W4-teardown specimen). Follow-on hardening — a `--headless` column in `find-cwd-holders.ps1` — filed past as **releases#118**. Nothing owed by todlando; my role ends at the frozen assembly (the release arc is deployah's).

**Assembly arc (2026-08-02, deployah intake):** head 1 `8688e19` FAILED my parity gate — releases#105 (my own re-homed leg @c19bd1b) was absent; proved three ways (not an ancestor, no "Golden-head intake" section, no REQ-GOLDEN-RESPIN-TEST rows). Nothing else could catch it: the req rows ride with the evidence, so treqs passed at that head BY CONSTRUCTION. doyle ruled FOLD; head 2 `7a3c08c` passed the full re-sweep (19/19, registry structurally whole after a positional union — 738 markers == 738 ids, no dupes). Golden runs `30749595433` (head 1) and `30749827605` (head 2) BOTH RED, left uncancelled as the record (killing them manufactures the #107 false-red). RCA: W2-local, product right — fixtures overwrote `shell.pid` after a real launch wrote a genuine pid+stamp pair. Then a sixth Windows red diagnosed as a PRODUCT unauthenticated-kill-path defect (taskkill on a bare recycled pid, 3 sites), ruled in-milestone. Head 3 pending: hertz fixture commit + todlando kill-auth commit (carrying the KNOWN-HAZARDS amend that de-scopes `REQ-HAZARD-TEST-PID-TREE-KILL-IDENTITY` from TEST-only).
