2026-07-01 (perri): **v0.10.0 SHIPPED** (same day as the [[v092-onnode-update-skew-brick]] arc) on
todlando's spt-core v0.19.0 GO (counter 38). `[digest]` flipped to `strategy="fetcher"`: extractor
`claude-spt digest --session {session_id} --config-dir {CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR}` owns the locate
(`source` dropped); NEW `[env.CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR] direction="read"` (value fallback `~/.claude`)
delivers the ccs-relocated tree to the extractor in the daemon's context. Extractor precedence:
`--config-dir` fill → inherited env → legacy `--in` → `~/.claude/projects` (resolve_projects_root,
digest.rs). Floor → 0.19.0. Schema re-vendored. REQ-DIST-DIGEST-FETCHER (impl/unit/int) green;
ci/digest/digest-proof-int.sh rewritten for fetcher (throwaway CC-shaped config root +
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR env-pin; **empirical: digest-proof resolves the read-var from the invoking env,
value-fallback when absent**). Applied on-node 0.9.2→0.10.0 clean (no skew brick — 0.1.9 dispatch,
hook_cmd shape unchanged). Node spt-core updated 0.18.0→0.19.0 (`spt update fetch` + `apply`).

**Open threads:**
- Daemon-context ccs digest E2E (`spt endpoint digest` on a live spt-core-hosted ccs endpoint,
  bound post-0.10.0 so read_env captures) — this node's live agent rides LEGACY owl ($LIVE/$OWL,
  plugin spt/1.11.25), NOT an spt-core perch: `spt whoami` shows no local perches; don't confuse
  the two systems (`spt endpoint digest perri` → NO_DIGEST is a wrong-system query, not a bug).
- spt-core docs gap: RESOLVED same day — todlando merged the fetcher-prose fix (spt-core docs PR#42
  @296a0a9); publishes to llms-full.txt with the v0.19.1 tag (counter 39, in flight). No action ours.
- cplugs plugin unchanged (no bump needed — manifest/binary-only cut).
