> THIS root (`.claude-spt\accounts\alt\projects\…`) is the live memory for `claude-spt:alt`, migrated 2026-08-23 from `.ccs\instances\bigscreen\projects\…` (75 files, authoritative superset). Legacy roots still load on their own sessions — name-diff before concluding a memory is missing.
