Called a gate green off a `pgrep`-based wait loop; `pgrep` doesn't exist in MSYS, so the loop exited instantly and reported success on a still-building run.\n\nBest diagnostic instrument found: replay the funnel with `spt api io-events <id> --session-id <sid> --after <seq>` — non-destructive, writes no cursor — and read the payload the predicate actually ran on, rather than A/B-ing the symptom.
