Assembled-head legs green (treqs 0, workspace clippy 0/0 warnings, xtask OK), zero conflicts. Parity verified against deployah's greenlit snapshot on #236: exactly three members, nothing dropped/added. Hand-off message SENT to deployah 17:12 (delivered live); deployah now shapes and runs golden himself. RED verdict routes back to doyle for RCA-first triage.

- Known friction: `git worktree remove .worktrees/conduit-head` failed with Permission denied (dir still pinned/locked); worked around via `git worktree prune` + separate delete rather than blocking the hand-off send — the hand-off message was resent successfully after the first attempt silently failed to send (chained after the failed worktree-remove command).
- NEXT: idle-wait on deployah's golden verdict. Green ⇒ deployah runs release flow, then tell todlando to release the ir66 pool + sweep INFRA-REGISTER. Red ⇒ doyle does RCA-first triage; warm pool available for respin.
Operator (brandon@bigscreenvr.com) gave a standing correction, saved to memory: never block on Task Output / TaskOutput for long-running background tasks — it leaves the agent unreachable. Run long tasks in background, end the turn, and act on the completion notification instead.
