- **Sha:** tree `e67defa2`. B = kitsubito `~/spt-351-w2`, HEAD `4ce255a7` (tree `e67defa2`, read back just now), fetched via git bundle `~/w4-4ce2.bundle`. A = HFENDULEAM `.worktrees/351-w4`; exe mtime 23:11:57 -0700, after the 4ce255a7 commit (23:10:34, reflog). A's worktree cleanliness AT RUN TIME was not recorded; it is clean now at 8cea2af4, same tree.
- **Command, A** (`run-a4.sh`, pre-clear scratchpad 8870d774):

- **Per-cell lines:** 7a B:89 `both shell payloads reached W's instance (178 ms)`. 7b A:96,98 / B:100 (held 5000 ms). 7c A:105 `W's activation drained L's queue (production trigger) (157 ms)`, B:109 `the queue drained to W in order (306 ms)`, METRIC vacancy_drain_ms=157. **7d prints no OK line** — its evidence is the asserts at `twohost_axes.rs:1272-1291` (stamped Delivered|Spooled, unstamped Refused, W's rows hold stamped not unstamped, W stays Active) passing: both roles reached barrier 15 and `ok`. Corroboration on B:120 `ACCESS_REFUSED MSG to axes-ep from 0e319f73… (tier EndpointMode)`.

### Targeted nextest 75/75 — NOT at the gated tree

- **Sha caveat:** at 22:48 HEAD was `cd48c878` plus uncommitted edits; `4ce255a7` (23:10) adds shellout.rs (daemon +7/-2, store +37), xtask spacerun.rs, docs reference.md. Which of that delta was on disk at 22:48 is unrecorded, so **this 75/75 is evidence for no committed tree** and does not cover e67defa2. The same holds for clippy rc 0 (transcript 05:52Z, same window).
- This is also the `-p` x4-without-`--lib` shape that builds every test exe (the disk-fill rule). A re-run at 8cea2af4 should be `--lib` + explicit `--test` per crate.
