- **THE WAVE-3 THROUGH-LINE, worth carrying past the milestone:** every one of the four was a surface speaking confidently from something it had not established — a whitelist rule that excluded nobody, a verdict that erased itself, a retired verb answering as an entity name, a "no wire exists" claim outliving the wire. TWO of the four FILINGS had premises false at the base (#196 quoted a docstring an ancestor had already fixed; #186 prescribed an `Answered` state that does not exist and a receipt that does not land on the knock row). Measuring caught both BEFORE they became builds, and doyle ruled from the measurement each time. Read the filing's cited artifact AT YOUR BASE before building to its shape.
