SCELTOUIN is an RTX 3070 hybrid-graphics laptop added to the sauna workflow on 2026-06-11, paired with headset LHR-599F3B91 (same unit as the [[enlyzeam-field-rig]]). Two machine-specific facts:

- Desktop duplication only works after the user manually forced discrete (NVIDIA) graphics — the hybrid-capture cross-adapter bridge (docs/hybrid-capture.md, M4 step 5.5) is still the real fix; this machine is a good test bed for it.
- It exposed Win11 EcoQoS/timer-coalescing hitching (27–71 ms present-loop preemptions every 1–3 s), fixed in commit 8904290 by process EcoQoS opt-out + timeBeginPeriod(1) + present-thread priority. If a future machine hitches with gpu/vsw/drw/lat/prs all small, same signature.
