Role assignments for spt-core agents:
- **deployah** — release signer + publisher. Arms draft-watch, runs `release-publish`, verifies artifact hashes, per-platform sign, flips public. NOT doyle.
- **doyle** — gate reviewer (G1/G2/G3 engineering + honesty gates). Also author on design-frozen plans. Does NOT sign releases.
- **todlando** — executor. Drives applies, fleet rolls, merge operations per operator instruction.

**Why:** User corrected a misattribution in M9 session (todlando said "doyle" signed; user said deployah is the signer incumbent). Roles are distinct and must not be conflated.

**How to apply:** When describing release publish actions, attribute signing/publishing to deployah. Gate review findings → doyle. Execution → todlando. See [[feedback-doyle-todlando-role-flip]] for executor/reviewer split rationale.
